The LightTowers require the Home Stand (included with purchase) to expand their coverage area. Without the Home Stand, the LightTowers produce a focused beam of coherent light that is the width of the plates themselves. This is useful for structuring water and using on acupuncture points, areas of pain or areas that require support in healing.

By placing the LightTowers on the Home Stand, the field is expanded and benefits people, plants and animals within the field.

We get this question a lot! Our Essential Pendant is designed to work best close to the skin and over the Thymus gland. The Thymus is located on your chest just below the collar bone. This is why we provide two necklace options with the order, so you can fit the necklace length to optimize the positioning.

You can have a thin cotton shirt between the Pendant and skin without reducing the benefit, but we have found, and many of our most sensitive customers have confirmed, that if you wear the Pendant over clothes there is a slight reduction in the effect.

One of the most noticeable effets of EMF is a change in your breathing. When experiencing stress from EMF, our breathing will be shallow. You can test the Power Pendant by holding the pendant between your thumb and middle finger and breathing. Be sure to test your breathing beforehand.

Here's the test:

1) start by take 3 or 4 deep breathes and see if you can feel if your breathing is tight and shallow on your chest, or deep and full in your lungs.

2) Once you have a sense for where your breathing is at, take your phone and hold it next to your ear (the phone can be on, off or in airplane mode).

3) Repeat the breathing. Did this cause your breathing to be more shallow or more full? If it was more shallow, you're not protected from EMF stress.

4) Now take one of your Essential Energy products and "shine" it at your phone, holding your phone a few inches away from your Essential Pendant or LightTower.

5) Move your phone in all directions to ensure the light wave harmonic resonating off the surface of the plate hits all the antennae's, battery and screen components of the phone.

6) Do this for 1 minute with the LightTower or 2-3 minutes with the Pendant. Now, take your phone and repeat the breathing test.
